On the afternoon of July 28, 2022, Zhu Beiwei, an academician of the CAE Member and an expert in food engineering, visited Yuanda Biology to give guidance on innovative talent training, technology research and development, achievement transformation, etc. Zhu Beiwei and his four people visited the company together with Zhao Jinshan, vice president of Qingdao Agricultural University, Lv Yongqing, director of the Development Planning Department, Sun Qingjie, president of the School of Food Science and Engineering, Gao Fei, vice president of the Special Food Research Institute of Qingdao Agricultural University, and put forward constructive suggestions on accelerating the layout of the afterlife industry.

    Zhu Beiwei is an academician of the CAE Member, an expert in food engineering, a professor, doctoral supervisor and dean of the School of Food, Dalian University of Technology, director of the National Marine Food Engineering Technology Research Center, academic dean of Shanxi Agricultural University (Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences), and dean of the Health School of Jiangxi Normal University. We have been committed to the fundamental theory and applied research of deep processing of aquatic and agricultural products for a long time, and have achieved a series of innovative results in the field of deep processing technology for marine food. She has published 10 academic works, over 200 academic papers, and obtained more than 70 international and domestic authorized invention patents. She not only has rich scientific research achievements, but also pays special attention to transforming them into social needs, cultivating a large number of scientific research talents and enterprise technical backbones in the field of food technology.
